3. Law of Exclusive Truth. Called The Excluded Middle.
EXCLUSIVE TRUTH This is the PRIMARY and MOST BASIC of all Laws of Rational thinking.
The above two Laws of Identity and Consistency are necessary for "our understanding" the scriptures or anything, but this Law of Exclusive Truth seems to be honored by our Heavenly Father for "our character" as saints (Holies) of His Love. Therefore, it is the most basic and primary of all.
THIS LAW IS THE MOST CRUCIAL LAW IN ANY SOCIETY, AND THE MOST CRUCIAL LAW IN THE CHURCH, yet the MOST VIOLATED by all men, whether born-again or unregenerate.
This fact is of the most momentous importance. We must give great attention to this Law within our being. For because of this, all the powers of darkness are endeavoring to destroy or pervert this law within the minds of all men. This is the primary attack point of God's enemy. Lest we forget, Christians are in mental warfare whether they wish it or not. If a Christian is not in this warfare, the enemy has taken him captive. Sadly, this is the state of most people.
As a judge of the State, in the affairs of judging between issues among people, where manifold gray areas in the affairs of people exist on each side of opposing parties with no way to discern the real truth, an impartial decision as possible may require an equitable solution of compromise, since we are not God to judge as He would.. This concerns the matter of one in the place of a judge to decide impartially and equitably between doubtful disputations on each side in worldly matters. This type of consideration is not what we are here addressing.
It is the instinctive perception of all men of the existence of pure Exclusive Perfect Truth; and the innate nature of man is to endeavor to hold to that single pure EXCLUSIVE Perfect Truth. This is a given into the Created heart of man by God at Creation and by nature birth to any child.
===So, clearly, satan's greatest priority is to deceive in this area of what Perfect Truth is, completely and world-wide, and then he will achieve all his purposes to receive worship of all mankind.===
Since this law is the most basic and important, it is this law that satan destroys or perverts as his FIRST PRIORITY. ATTENTION PLEASE !!
The satan sets about destroying this Most Crucial Law of Exclusive Truth by perverting the first two Laws of PERSONAL IDENTITY and CONSISTENT COMPARISONS, which must be present to support EXCLUSIVE TRUTH.
ANY PERVERSION OF THIS LAW OF EXCLUSIVE TRUTH RESULTS DIRECTLY IN CHANGING ALL THE PERSON'S CHARACTER:
This includes the second most important Law, Consistent Comparisons (Law of Non-Contradition) and also the INITIAL DETEMINATIVE Law of Personal Identity. This places the person into the devil's thinking (ONLY deductive thinking in concepts) which completely snares the person in blindness forever, unless they repent. And they can't repent if they are certain they have the pure Exclusive Perfect Truth FOR THEIR IDENTITY.
THIS WILL BE THE SATAN'S GREATEST ULTIMATE DECEPTION OF ALL MANKIND. This also confirms that in the book of Revelation, after the rapture of the church in Rev. 6, there is no repentance mentioned for anyone thereafter. The remaining world worships the satan and even unites to literally fight against God.
Remember, satan works by destroying or (stealing) perverting. What he cannot destroy, he will pervert. This is a classic example of both. In God's Wisdom, for separating the tares FIRST (Matt 13:30) from the wheat, the satan is free to destroy this law within men totally in the world, where people may then be taken captive by him at his will. 2 Tim 2:26.
But in the true church with regenerate men this law is safeguarded because of the indwelling Spirit of Truth Himself being present within the continuously committing Christian. So the best he can do within the Christian is to pervert his soulish mental understanding through his work through the retained flesh nature of man, and to the extent that the Christian will be deceived through his flesh nature of self-serving.
Remember, like Murphy's Law, the Dispensational teachings (doctrines) and Emerging church teachings (doctrines) are always lurking, to accomplish this task. Thereby, the doctrines of men are perverted and sincere but totally deceived people are totally blinded. Sincerity is often only a symptom of blindness.
ALWAYS, REMEMBER, 1 TIM 4:16: "Take heed unto yourself, and unto the Doctrine, continue in them for in doing this, you will both save yourself and them that are hearing you." Child simple. Isn't it?
ONLY IN GETTING ALL MANKIND TO THE PLACE OF UTTER REJECTION OR PERVERSION OF THIS LAW OF EXCLUSIVE TRUTH, IF IN THE WORLD AND IN CHRIST'S CHURCH, WILL SATAN BE ABLE TO OFFER TO IT A SUBSTITUTE CHRIST. SELAH.
And BEFORE the manifestation of his substitute christ, satan must get the "church" people TO DEMAND TO PERVERT THIS LAW. satan must so pervert the Truth in "c"hristians' thinking that they will DEVOUTLY DENY EXCLUSIVE TRUTH and believe ALL LIES. This is a mystery of iniquity active in all of history and becoming particularly apparent in these last days before the man of sin will appear to be worshiped. Selah This will soon be accomplished by satan !!
Here is what satan has done in this regard thus far:
(1) Initially, pervert concepts of what constitutes the church, from the initial church down through the ages
Catholic hierarchy and TOTALLY false salvation and practices. Ancient Gnosticism of two classes of Christians (clergy and laity) Augustine's totally corrupt Catholic teachings
(2) Initially, pervert concepts of what constitutes salvation, from the initial church down through the ages to the end. Embraces all to the end.
Catholicism>Calvinism (all from Augustine, Calvin says)>Dispensationalism>Charismaticism>Beat music in churches, flesh energized>Purpose Driven, doctrines thrown out>Emergent Church, all demonic worship and practices accepted
(3) Greatly increase perversions of these first two, salvation and church changes, to accept, effectually and outrightly, denial of Christ's Lordship as exclusively Truth. Introduction of Dispensationalism of "grace" regardless to intensify Gnosticism (all physical is evil and all spiritual is good) and open denial of Christ's Lordship in salvation.
(4) Finally, first, pervert any concepts of an exclusive Truth, everything relative, thus all variances are acceptable spiritually. New Age Evangelicalism, introduced 1948, doctrinally neutral and fellowship with all, onward as the basic of all thinking. Evangelicalism 1948 with eventual outright "anything acceptable for fellowship" that is warm
(5) Finally, second, introduce mysticism and unseen mental behaviors demonically aided as true spirituality of achieving godliness Purpose Driven, to drive out those holding to "any" doctrines, and followed by Emergent church with "god is all, god in all (man is a god)", and soon will be inclusiveness for all (worldwide all religions)"
(6) Finally, third, thereby, "god is all, god is in all (man is god), and soon will be inclusiveness for all (world unity, FULLY DENYING EXCLUSIVENESS OF TRUTH or anything)" All sexual perversions openly accepted eventually in churches. Beat music greatly increased in churches. Church's final goal, "inclusiveness of all (behaviors and religions)."
(7) Finally, fourth (4,number of man; and 7, number of completion), satan will say, in effect, "Here I am WORLD, worship me." "They will then say, gladly!"
This is the exact means by which satan, in our present time, is now deceiving all people, including a once Christian society, the United States, which is now turned pagan. Soon the United States with all nations will be worshiping satan as a whole country, according to prophecy. And, the United States with all nations will then turn upon still existing Israel as a nation to destroy it. They will be totally deceived, thinking they are Christians all the while, worshiping a "christ".
Today, it is interesting to see that the satan (rebeller) has been attacking this vital law with all the subtlety possible from the very beginning. It is so fundamental. There is either right or wrong, righteousness or sin, good or evil. Any middle ground can only exist as compromise (A DENIAL OF SEPARATION) with bad or evil. THIS IS ECUMENICALISM TODAY and the Emergent church. They insist there is no absolute Book of exclusive verbal Truth as the Bible of our Lord God and His Jesus Christ, yet they intensely play church, in their profound blindness.
To satan, as the highest priority, this Law (innate within human consciousness) must be destroyed (reverse it) from the intuitive consciousness of the unregenerate man, but at the same time perverted (steal it)1 in the minds of regenerated man, since regenerated man holds the "scriptures" as so valuable.
Let us examine the details of this double work of satan (in regenerate and unregenerate) and its application in our lives and history.
Work I. Destruction among the unregenerate.
Satan did an awesome work with this law that he got Adam to violate. Those who have devoted themselves to the sins of the world have their understanding blinded, having their consciences seared with a hot iron (1 Tim 4:2), that they will not be mindful of the existence of a Highest Good. This is a complete reversal or destruction within them. If nothing is Exclusively True then anything goes. Everything is relative.
We can plainly understand that all our society today is being dominated by this spirit of "everything is relative," and "what would you like to do?" "Your ideas are as good as mine." By this total selling out to the flesh-nature (carnal nature), man is captured by satan at his whim.
They will easily accept such ideas as they are as god conscious as any man, with "God is all," and "God in all," which is taught by the godless mystic churches today. All mankind can accept this regardless of any previous pagan religion throughout the world. A perfect preparation for the "coming one" predicted by satanist, Alice Bailey.
Work II Perversion among the born-again.
In this manner the powers of darkness utilize a lack of understanding concerning the incompletely sanctified conscience within the soul of regenerated men to work their mischief. We must understand that in all cases of sin whatsoever, there is always a denial or question of God's guidance on the part of the sinner, whether regenerate or unregenerate. There is never a deviation from this FIRST FACT. "Hath God said?" All sin starts with an assertion. This is true whether sin in behavior or sin in doctrinal error. All sin starts with an assertion, whether from the flesh or the devil.
[[[ This is extremely simplistic but supreme to remember. The PRIORITIES OF OUR "LIFE IN CHRIST" are: Of course, ye must be (first) born-from-above as a given, thereby have the Holy Spirit witness to your spirit that you are a son of God (Rom 8:16). If you don't have this, these instructions don't apply.
First, Christ in us, HIS FAITH to guide us and fellowship with us and teach us and illuminate His Word; Second, HIS WORD in print to enlighten us as to Himself and His purposes upon the earth which can only be comprehended by the primary priority, Faith of Christ indwelling, the Mind of Christ in us; and
Third, OUR BEHAVIOR in obedience acceptable to Him will conform to both, Christ Himself and His scriptures. By observing first what faith directs, secondly if this is consistent with His Word, and then, third, we obey what He directs by His Holy Spirit leading or speaking from our Heavenly Father. Also, this becomes very familiar with Him (Faith) directing by His Word, and His Presence inside us, and we thereby pray only to our Father in Heaven, as Risen Christ also instructed his disciples after His Resurrection (Luke 11:2; John 20:21).
With these uppermost in mind we will understand perversion of scripture and everything better. All sin or any sin is a violation of these priorities. "Whatsoever is not of faith is sin (Rom. 14:23)." Faith is the first priority. Whenever there is a different emphasis or ordering of these priorities, we observe sin IN DOCTRINE being accepted. SELAH. ]]]
Putting His ink printed Word first and using our imaginations as to what it means for us to do, is total Pharisee demonic conduct. A practice of the eternally deceived and most probably lost. Calvinism, Dispensationalism of Baptists and Independents and others, Charismatics, and Word of faith all practice this.
Understanding Concerning our Understanding of Scriptures
The born again, having escaped the daily works of the flesh (if indeed they have in practice, which John Wesley and multitudes of others, before and after, discovered was possible by Rom 7:25 ), and endeavoring to serve God are misled ONLY by not following the faith of Christ within them. This error manifests itself in one of two ways concerning the scriptures.
Each of these occurs by believing a lying assertion. All lies are assertions, all sin comes from assertions, all error comes from assertions. Assertiions are the start of all deductive thinking of the devil. Such deductive thinking is the tall-tail of the satan in the high grass of ALL false teachings.
- The dead letter assertion of the scriptures; the idea of "Truth is the written Word ONLY" principle. The one Truth within the Word, can only be discerned by indwelling Holy Spirit faith which will teach good Hermeneutics, itself revealed in the Word through indwelling faith.
- Any false assertion concerning the scriptures. Any lie concerning the scriptures leaveneth the whole lump of scriptures. All error, all false doctrines, in interpreting scriptures is through accepting an assertion. From this initial false assertion accepted as true, all reasoning thereafter grows in error. This is called DEDUCTIVE REASONING as we have fully described so often in this website Section.
Each of these two types of perversions (assertions) MUST be associated with at least a manifest lack of the fruit of the spirit in many ways within the individual, as well as within his teachings, since each involves not following the faith (the Life) of Christ within us. One can assume this despite a pious outward lifestyle and walk of the person outwardly.
Remember what we said above about the priorities of our Life. If the scriptures are denied or perverted then something of Christ in us has already been compromised (something of sin). Witness the spirit and behavior of the most pious and strict religious Scribes and Pharisees in their treatment of Christ.2 See footnote. This was not an accidental slip but a manifestation of their many legalistic (sinful) acts throughout their daily lives and thinking .
All excesses, all perversions, all deviances, all falseness are a result of any (regenerate or not) person following this human flesh nature (sarx) in some manner, and not following the "law of God according to the inward man,spirit (v.22)" where the indwelling Christ resides to guide by His faith. Romans 7:14-25 gives us much understanding. Let us be clear as to what the human flesh nature (sarx, in which dwells no good thing) associated with our body (soma) affects.
The "flesh" (sarx) Affects These Six Unseen Attributes of the Soul of Man:
- Desires (lusts of the flesh)-- all three types; flesh (affecting senses and emotions), eyes (territory), pride of life (control)
- Soulishness, Mind (natural nature of human mind), emotions (pleasing or unpleasant), will (active or submission).
Sinning we all know is when these attributes of our soul are yielding to temptation from our flesh nature. This is called the "law of sin in my members." Every time I yield, I sin. It is a law of certainty. "With the flesh (sarx) I serve the law of sin in my members (Rom.7: 23)."
But have we ever considered that "law of sin in my members" is "warring against the law of my mind (v. 23), for the good that I would I do not but the evil which I would not , that I do (Rom. 7:19)". What is the law of my mind that knows there is a good? It is not the law of God according to the "inward man," it is said to be in "my mind v.22,23." And it is by this "law of God according to the inward man" he says that gives victory, NOT the "law of my mind," WITH WHICH EVERY MAN MAY STRUGGLE WITH. The law of God according to the inward man is the indwelling Holy Spirit Mind of Christ, the faith of Christ, in my spirit. The "law of my mind" is the instinctual knowing OF THE NATURAL MAN that there is Absolute Truth, good. The absolute indwelling Truth is in my regenerated spirit of the inward man. 1Cor 6:17
LAW OF MY MIND
Our mind as we have said has four self-perceived, self evident, laws within every human being, WHETHER REGENERATE OR NOT. No one had to teach us these things; we just know them from birth. They are a "knowing" that we all have:

we know that when all inconsistencies removed and all facts say the same, we have sufficient reason for Truth. A logical necessity for conclusions. ### Very important in Hermeneutics as described. |
| Law of Consistent Comparisons: |
we know that this is necessary, that we can an only compare identical things for reasonable conclusions. Any inconsistency prevents conclusion to truth. ### Very important in Hermeneutics as described. |
| Law of Identity: |
we know that we become like what or who we mentally consciously focus on. We become what we choose to be. We are responsible for our behavior and WHAT we choose to think about, and HOW we choose to think. This is important for our personal Holiness (set apart, Sanctification). |
| Law of Exclusive Truth: |
we know that real Truth either is (or) isn't. It is absolute. A deceived person will die for the "truth" he accepts. Here is the biggie, it's Heaven or Hell ! | This area (Law of Exclusive Truth) of our minds is satan's highest priority to destroy (asserts relativism, no truth) if he possibly can; or steal , pervert to religious use for his own purposes
(1) by asserting excessive ideas or behavior pandering to desires of flesh defending concepts of doctrines or scriptures (like having special anointing, laughter, etc.), or
(2) by asserting false concepts heresy relating to doctrines or outright lies (apostasy) because men will die for these asserted lies in this area of Absolute Truth in their minds. And
(3) once assertions are accepted, and encouraged habitual deductive justification will then destroy inductive reasoning to any truth or any possibility of change of mind, thereby
(4) destroy all the other natural laws in their minds. (Sounds like some people we may know, doesn't it.) These are the "reprobate" mind of Romans 1:28 that Paul said he was himself concerned about developing (1 Cor. 9:27), "corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith (2 Tim 3:8)." This whole method of progression by the devil is accomplished by simply encouraging deductive thinking and nothing else. Note: genetic engineering in these last days may only ensure satan's security, he may think. His big gun for all times is deductive thinking. But they can be either total atheists or be highly religious, even killing in the name of religion, thinking (can believe anything) they are doing God a service, like the Muslim religion teaches. Satan's greatest servants can be highly religious "christians," worshipping the anti-christ or becoming one of many anti-christs themselves.
Any "religion" whether so-called Christian, Muslim, Hindu, etc, have no bearing on whether the person is living by "faith." Faith is the Life of Christ being lived out from us. In this sense, True Christianity is a Life, not a religion. Our only safeguard in all things is being obedient to the indwelling faith of Christ. "Christ in you, the hope of Glory (Spiritual Perfection)" (Col 1:27). The bolded laws above are for Hermeneutics, the other two unbolded determine our positions in Heaven or Hell. Please note carefully, indeed study intensely, what is said above about the Law of Exclusive Truth.
We know as an instinct within each of us, whether unregenerate or regenerate, that our minds instinctively without any study on our parts look to these characteristics to form conclusions and behaviors as to Truth for ourselves. These are "the law in my mind" as Paul referred to.
Paul was saying that as a natural man despite "the law of my mind (v.23)" in which he evaluated things, he said, "I serve the law of sin in my members (v.23), or "with the flesh the law of sin (v.25)." But then he perceived the answer, "with my mind I WILL serve the Law of God (v. 25) according to the inward man," his regenerated born-from-above spirit (v.22) where Christ dwells to guide by His faith. This is our triumphant and glorious answer to the law of sin in our flesh (sarx). It is in our new God-indwelt hearts, in our minds originally created with their Four God-given Laws. It is "the new man which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him" (Col 3:10; Ephes 2:15 and 4:24).
Faith (the Mind of Christ in you) Safeguards Our Doctrines and Our Understanding of Doctrine
As we have been saying throughout this website, if we don't understand what faith is and live by faith obedience, we are living by our (sin) flesh natures. Do we know what "faith" is?
What escapes most everyone is that ALL OTHER means OF all mental activities, UNLESS IN FAITH OBEDIENCE, are thereby also of the flesh and give demon-right entrance for all the heresies and apostasies possible.
Faith is the most important thing we can understand. Our instinctual "knowing" of the Existence of Exclusive Truth is just that and nothing else. It is not by any means, any guide by which we may act as faith is intended to be OUR GUIDE, ASSURANCE, GIFTS, TEACHER, AND EMPOWERMENT. See , Fundamental Faith and New Age Changes.
The work of darkness through the flesh is simple enough. Those professing Christians who do not know what faith is probably don't live by faith unless they just go as a child by His leading. Those who are given poor teaching will probably only devote themselves to "their concept" of what God's Will is instead of being led by the Holy Spirit and His teaching of His scriptures. This means they are subject to THE deductive thinking OF SATAN.
--Violations of Faith. Not following faith of Christ WITH OUR REGENERATED SELVES primarily or not at all (regenerate or unregenerate) is always manifest in one of two very false ways.
A. DEVOTION TO "IDEA OF SCRIPTURE" itself as Exclusive Truth to be the ONLY guide to living. To do this, understand that they actually unconsciously (by deception) fail to follow the faith of Christ within them mistakenly FOLLOWING THE DEAD LETTER OF THE SCRIPTURES as they may variously understand them. The Pharisee. The Pharisee takes many forms.
To esteem their devotion to this idea of principle of Exclusive Truth above all else, is to cause divisions, and strife, and even murders among themselves. In their zeal they would "eliminate" all who do not hold to the English translation of the KJV as being inerrant, for instance. Notice that born-again men by listening to the enemy through their flesh and minds, are taught to have their behavior directed to their devotion to the "idea of Exclusive Truth." They think this is most important, instead of their behavior being directed by the inner Spirit of Love and Mercy within their spirits, the mind of Christ Himself conforming "them" to scriptural Truth.
Again, it is a simple work of getting the person to put their minds attention on things pertaining to their devotion "to a particular concept" of good (a scripture interpretation or even a certain translation or method of living or whatever), by deception of the enemy (always an assertion). An honest man may be deceived into protecting a worthy principle through his soulish will, and not turning his attention to the Living of all the Principles of God within his spirit which if allowed will guide him into all Truth. Assertions must be very critically examined.
People kill others over this "idea of principle." He becomes motivated not to the God of all Holiness, Love, and Mercy and how He would lead in behaviour, but to the "idea of principle." This is a perversion, a denial of God and His Word. Even John Calvin, the great reformer, allowed Servetus to be burned at the stake because of Calvin's devotion to what he thought was "good and pure" doctrine, not on what the only pure and good God within him would have done. And Calvin believed himself to be justified in allowing this to happen. Do you see the work of the enemy in this. The doctrinal truths of the scripture must take first place, he told himself, presumably.
Sincere Christians can be so misled through their flesh to follow a laudable principle of scripture instead of making faith of Christ within them to conform them to His image according to the scriptures. The priorities of our Life must be kept in order. First, Christ in us (faith) the hope of glory; Second, the scriptures; Third, our resulting behavior.
Human history is littered with the debris of this law in our human incompletely sanctified consciences. Among all honest men, especially in men devoted to their "concept" of Supreme Good, instead of " The Living Good" within them directing through faith, there can only exist supreme bad as an alternative. "By faith alone and the scriptures alone" is our only safeguard, even as Calvin himself taught. [ I love you Calvin, even though I don't understand all. Fortunately, God will judge us in all our contradictory behaviors and teachings in our lives. I gladly leave myself and others into His merciful hands. But I thank my Father that He was pleased to reveal what his faith was to Luther and Calvin, who did define it for us, to give us the Reformation. Unfortunately, most Calvinism today has forgotten what Calvin said faith was.]
People kill themselves over this "idea of principle." Deceived Christians not only die for this "idea of scripture," but so do honest and sincere men in every religion. Look at what is happening among the Moslem terrorists sacrificing their lives to their "idea" of Exclusive Truth. This Law of excluded middle (Exclusive Truth) exists innately in all human minds descended from Adam. "And though I give my body to be burned and have not Love.........." True indwelling faith of Christ always works through God's Love (Gal. 5:6) within us. This faith must be our guide not a holding to the "idea of scripture" as being Exclusive Truth, following our idea of the dead letter.
People are divisive over this "idea of principle." This is also the cause of many sects and divisions, inflamed through the flesh, over minor scriptural differences and irritations within the fellowship of the church. As illustrations, like whether the collection is taken by passing a plate or by only a box in the back of the church, or whether one brother privately prays in tongues and another doesn't, or whether one thinks infant dedication by the parents is helpful to remind the parents of their duty and another doesn't, or whether one likes music by piano and organ only and out of hymnals and the other doesn't, or whether the pastor wears a clerical collar or not, and on and on the irritations of the flesh go.
People follow strange doctrines over this "idea of principle." One very deceptive teaching today illustrates using the "idea of principle" in the dead letter of the scriptures. TheBible says that "by his stripes we are healed" that "he has born our sorrrows and sicknesses upon Himself," and that "He died for the sins of the whole world...He is not willing that any should perish." The scriptures also say that "ye have not because we ask not...ask and it shall given" and that "this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He answers us."
Now we know what the scriptures say, the scriptures tell us what His will is, so just say whatever you want according to the scriptures, and you know that it will be done for you. This is the confidence that we may have in Him. Speak it out and it will be done. This is not acting according to "faith." This is acting as a voodoo shaman conjuring "spiritual forces." Just learn and practice the "principle" and you will be greatly blessed in whatever "comes" to your mind.
B. DEVOTION TO PERVERSION (an asserted lie) itself as Exclusive Truth. To give devotion to a lie, understand that they actually unconsciously again deny to follow the faith of Christ within them and also BELIEVE A LIE CONCERNING THE SCRIPTURES.
This perversion of Exclusive truth is the most obvious, as we would examine it against the scriptures and common sense. At the same time this is not false defense of the scriptures as in "a devotion to the idea of scripture" as above, it is the obvious denial and changing of doctrine as the Truth.
Here we have a serious problem because the person who has accepted the lie will mistakenly defend it on the principle of conscience of Exclusive Truth. He, of course, is believing and behaving against the obvious plain teachings of scripture, but he will sincerely defend the lie with his life. Unfortunately, according to scriptures, his very life is in the scales. This is the extreme danger of the wiles of the devil in this matter.
Sadly, this person, like all religious people throughout the world, does not know what the scriptures teach about the conscience nor how is relates to his "knowing" of Exclusive Truth. He accepting a lie will die for it, because he goes instinctively by Law of Exclusive Truth in his natural mind, whether it is valid real Truth or not. We shall further explore these factors in detail in this article.
One lie that is accepted among the New Evangelicals is the pervasive satanic cultural lie that "Love" is to compromise self-knowledge within our consciences and faith in our spirits. We are to act toward all others in fellowship and acceptance regardless of their practices and teachings. This means they deny any evil including the "evil" of accepting other's beliefs as equal to their own, regardless. This is the "spirit" of this New Age of apostasy that we are now entering. As stated in the article, Today's New Age Society, this "spirit" controls our society and now it is controlling the majority of those who call themselves Protestants. Actually, they are the New Evangelicals, denying the faith they preach so loudly in every sermon they give. Who are deceived? They have left their first Love.
The lie the New Evangelicals believe is that Love means to deny making God and His Truth in His Word first in their lives, and they put an emotional (flesh) love of the creature in first place. They have "changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen." Rom 1:25 See the Section, God's Love, and Love Rejoices in Truth.
Remember, these New Evangelicals now comprise (compromise) the majority of the visible church in the pulpits, radio, and TV. They believe that in the name of "love" they should stop separating themselves from people that do not follow the historic doctrines of the church. This means that the doctrines and beliefs of the Reformation or those whose heritage is from the time of Christ existing outside of the Catholic church through the past two centuries are to be denied as fundamental to salvation. They believe that in the name of love, they should overlook (deny) the plain teachings of the scriptures about separation from any who would hold to unscriptural doctrines concerning our Lord and His salvation. They fellowship with and hold as brothers in Christ anyone who is looking to "a god" for salvation, regardless. And they do this in the name of Christian (?) "love."
Understand, they have, like the godless culture about them, now become the enemy of those who still walk by the faith of Christ within them and the light of scriptures, concerning the Truth of the Love of God. They say that to be teaching that there is only one way to Heaven is now being intolerant and bigoted. Just like the world around them, they have been taken captive by the devil as the scriptures plainly warn against, through the deceitfulness of sin. We must realize that sin is any self-seeking of any kind, even of the most religious nature.3 Satan wants us all to be very religious. This is his goal. You can religiously do whatever you wish.
The persecution of the saints in this New Age, eventually under the antichist, will come from this spirit of perverted demonic "love" of the world and the flesh within so-called christianity itself, persecuting those whom they call intolerant and unloving. This law of Exclusive Truth placed within God's ordered world, is satan's most hated and despised Law within us. For it is by this Law that the very character of Christ becomes manifest through us, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. For by this Law of Exclusive Truth within us we become martyrs, witnesses. Christ said, "As my Father has sent me, even so send I you."
Consider this carefully in these United States. You may someday be called to die for this Exclusive Truth as one thousand Christians do each day on the average around the world, even now. And in the coming manifest apostasy, this will occur at the hands of those who have rejoined with the Roman Catholic church, denying the faith, in the name of "love," of "tolerance" of evil, regardless. And they will do it in the name of "Christian love." Think about this. Satan's goal is to be "christ" of a "christian" religion. "I will be like the Most High."
These New Evangelicals "christians" do this quite sincerely because of their deceived consciences still holding to Exclusive Truth, by believing a lie concerning the scriptures. It follows, as a corollary, that none of them can be living by faith of Christ in them. This must include most all the prominent religious Evangelical leaders of our day. They all teach that faith = believing = trust = repentance even = one time mental notation of anyone about Christ as a Savior only. And they say that by this we are eternally secure for Heaven regardless of what we do or believe. Amazing blind teachers, all.
This fundamental law, Exclusive Truth of rational thinking, is easily affirmed within the mind of any intellectually honest person. However, today, with the deceitfulness of people accepting the lies abounding in relativism, its perversion is taking the day, and the idea of Exclusive Truth is becoming an anachronism. This is manifest in a number of ways in our present society and religions.
I hope from this discussion that we can see how the powers of darkness take the creation of God that they understand so well, utilizing the very principles of God placed within man, to turn man against his Creator "to worship and serve the creature more than the Creator" (Rom. 1:25).
