3. Fundamental Integration -> Hermeneutics -> Three Deductive Assumption Fallacies

            Three Fallacies of Deductive Reasoning

This type of irrational reasoning is very common. Takes the least effort, making it satisfy the fundamental of the flesh, "the principle of least effort." Remembering that all Deductive Reasoning is circular thinking, we know that all conclusions from the start are supported by reasons always redefined to support the beginning asserted conclusion.

We know that this is not really reasoning at all, but prejudice gone to grass. However, to discern if someone's reasoning and interpretation is involving invalid circular deduction, it is helpful to look for specific tall-tail signs in the high grass of their statements. A clear understanding and remembering of these fallacies will be of enormous help to you. There are two types: Assumption Fallacies and Ambiguity Fallacies.

I. Assumption Fallacies: These are the hardest to discern. They are primarily due to practicing a faulty type of cognition, deductive thinking, without any critical inductive thinking.  All these forms noted are actually due to the acceptance of Allegorical interpretations being used.   This was first formally introduced by Origen about 220's AD, and totally see as false, demonic interpretation by inductive thinkers since then.  Today this allegorical thinking of simply allowing any spiritualization in interpreting as justifiable.

A.  Accidental circumstance
, Accident Fallacy - erroneously arguing from a general rule not understood to a case where circumstances seem to render the misunderstood rule inapplicable, fut the interpreter deliberately inserts a allogorical meaning to reder another meaning wrong.   This is openly and brazingly done by those today who truly hate our Creator God, or totally ignorant about the total falsity of allegorical means of interpretations..

An illustration of this is saying that whoever murders should be put to death. An executioner commits murder (deliberate killing).  If this were true, God would be a murderer to judge anyone to death.  This is what reprobates today actually think.

Another illustration: Israelites were ordered to kill all men, women, and children on occasions in OT.  Parents were ordered to kill their children, and so forth, in OT Law (Torah).  This occurred in God's Wisdom to teach the importance of obedience to Him and His Attributes, among other important reasons not discussed here, such as God giving them hundreds of years to repent (Gen 15:16).  How else would we be taught the importance of knowing God and obeying Him in fear of God.

If there is no fear of God before their eyes, all men become reprobate (Rom 3:18).  By fear of God, "let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of flesh and Spirit, perfecting Holiness in the fear of God" (2 Cor 7:1); "submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God" (Eph 5:21).  Without the Holy Spirit convicted fear of God, no fallen man would experience true repentance (turning from self-serving) and committal to God's Lordship.  Isaiah spent the first 5 chapers of Isaiah saying, "Woe to you," speaking to nations, but in the 6th chapter, finding himself in the Presence of God, said appropriately, "Woe is me...for I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips, for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts."  If man never learns the fear of His God, he can have no personal relationship to Him.  Reprobates today, without a fear of their Holy Creator who will someday judge them, point to the OT lessons of God, in snearing hatred of Him.   Their is no fear of God in them.  They are pleased to judge God by their self-serving sinful flesh understanding of "love."

This is the Assumption Fallacy of Accidental Circumstance, due to no understanding of God, no fear of God..

Knowing and understanding the primary exclusive Attributes of God (Love, Truth, Holiness, and Wisdom), which very few people do today, would eliminate most all such "General Rules not Understood," relating to circumstances.

B.   Independent of content (total context).  The Fallacy of Local Context.  This is the Worst, Most Deceptive in satanic deductive thinking.   Converse Fallacy - erroneously arguing from a special non-related case to a general one. An illustration of this is taking a text and interpreting it independent of all contexts on the same subject..  Again this is simply allegorical thinking again,  but using method of saying each local context of any specific subject deserves a different interpretation.  Giving the hard an fast rule in modern translations today that "Local Context is supreme in determining meanings of words. within any different contexts.  This today is taught in every so-called orthodox Seminary and Bible School today.

Very Common and perhaps often the hardest to discern and correct when whole doctrinal constructs are based on a compounding of this fallacy. . This is often combined with arguing ad ignorantiam ("placing burden of proof," number 4 below, under Ambiguity Fallacies, and is the most puzzling to common sense "knowing," because you sense that the argument being used against you is "nuts," but it is hard to discern a proper rebuttal unless you can explicitly expose the details of this particular fallacy.

The real problem resides about this idea that each individual context of any word is defined by that particular "single" context. In interpreting scripture, we loose sight of the fact that the single monadic meaning of any single word is the whole of scripture, not an isolated single verse in which the word is used. The answer is  to determine the single meaning of the word is the entire use of it by God in all the scriptures.  NOT allow the different contexts in which the word is used to give multiple different meanings of the one word.

Difficulty arises in any discussion with people employing this form of irrational thinking, because the conclusions drawn by these people who use a single context to derive multiple  meanings for a single word in different contexts is derived upon numerous similar instances in which this and other fallacies are compounded in their understanding of a multitude of verses. They use many disparate and separate meanings to apply to one word.  They will then, without qualm, use any of their meanings as seems appropriate to them in apologetics without any consciousness of contradictions or redefinitions being made..  They are truly blind to themselves.

This type of compounding of error on error is because doctrines of beliefs are first taught and then the individual scriptures have been interpreted to support the originally accepted doctrine. Instead of learning scripture as a child might by learning the meaning of words first, most people "swallow" whole doctrinal concepts, then force supportive word definitions and meaning upon the scriptures thereafter.  This is what is done in all Bible schools and Seminaries today.  First, memorize this acceptable doctrine, then interprete the meaning of any different verses accordingly.  This is allegoricalization again accepting different word meanings for any different contexts.  Simply look in a Greek Lexicon, pick our from the many multiple possible meanings listed, a meaning to fit your Seminary orthodox interpretation for this verse, and you have confirmation of orthodoxy in your interpretation, they falsley think.

This is then repeated in more and more verse interpretations, until a certain previously accepted doctrine is of course supported upon such a web of totally misinterpreted single and now integrated verses which of course support the previously accepted doctrine.

This is in obvious violation of rational thinking. But it's quick and easy for "teachers" (especially Bible schools) to get their point across. Everyone sees all verses according to the way they have first chosen to look at them. This is the same as driving your car in reverse while looking forward, and then seeing all the flattened people lying in your path concluding they are all obviously crumpled paper posters ahead of you on the ground. One violates all the rules of driving and then wonders at all the litter observed before him, thinking what a great driver he is to learn how to navigate through all the debris before him.

Only by a total suspension of their habitual thinking and teaching the person to drive again , starting with rationally interpreting word by word (not yet verse by verse) using good hermeneutics, can their minds ever comprehend anything different. This is why Paul instructed Timothy to instruct those "that oppose themselves." Only a person that can suspend their preconceived ideas, to follow good hermeneutics of scripture, will ever be able to change their ill begotten opinions and interpretations.

Unless a person is mentally oriented habitually to first and foremost use rational thinking according to common sense rules, they will always put their prejudices and emotions ahead. These people cannot "oppose themselves." They go according to themselves, destined to a life of circular thinking. One cannot rationally reason with these people, unless by the grace of God they are brought to "oppose themselves." Descriptively, these people might be called "blind," having been given up to follow their own chosen beliefs. These are not unregenerate sinners in the world, but often pastors and teachers in the Fundamental churches.

And seldom will anyone using this compounding of fallacies be able to emotionally allow themselves to enter into a calm yes and no question and answer syllogism where logic can prevail. This is an interesting phenomenon. Think about it, why do they become so emotional? This reveals the real origin of their thinking and emotions which they excuse as righteous indignation. James 3:14-16

The continual employment of these deductive thinking fallacies keep endless debates going about such things as pretrib verses post-trib rapture, eternal security of the believer verses eternal security regardless, and others. They have accepted such deductive thinking fallacies and are habituated to circular thinking, so that they "conscientiously" believe what is not true.

Unless they can force themselves to "oppose themselves" to stop deductive thinking, by excluding their doctrines from their thinking and only proceeding on inductive thinking as described will it be possible for them to "see" anything else. And since they have given definitions to words according to their doctrines, they must start by doing inductive studies on enough words as described, before they will ever be able to get to the level of doctrines.

As you can understand, what pastor will be able to do this? He would have to undergo reframing1  (see this footnote for clear understanding of what is needed to change these deductive thinkers), or at best deframing, in all his thinking starting with single words. These people deserve our prayers and great compassion. If only putting our arms around them in great compassion could only help. But, alas, much is required as the scriptures say in 1 Tim 2:24-26, for these dear saints to remove themselves from the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. These are our brothers and sister in Christ who don't think there is any thing wrong with themselves.

We must all ask ourselves if our thinking is according to deductive thinking and if we MUST force ourselves to follow rational inductive thinking.  God has given us a way to "oppose ourselves" and to correct ourselves. To be teachable as little children, this is the key prescribed by Christ Himself, for of such is the kingdom of God (Mk 10:14, Luke 18:16).   But, Oh, how hard it is after you have learned, become habituated in, wrong thinking!

This is why I have great misgivings about young novices going to Bible School or Seminary. The young babes in Christ are brainwashed by being first taught doctrines instead of proper Hermeneutics, which they never get.  All they need is Hermeneutics, common sense interpreting. They are much more likely to find this by themselves than in a Bible school. The doctrines will come naturally then, as to a little child.

The employment of deductive thinking, by teaching doctrines first, is exactly how cults educate their followers. They must submit themselves to long hours of interpreting the scriptures according to preconceived opinions of that particular group, before they can really grasp the whole system of such beliefs. One must, for instance, study hard and long in this manner to learn the twisted Jehovah Witness or Mormon teachings. The more twisted they make the scriptures, the more intense study it takes to become "blinded" to be able to accept all the debris in the road before them.

I don't use this "blinded" as a pejorative term, but as a factual descriptive term. If two sides of an argument on an either-or issue are opposing, hopefully only one side can be right, and only the other side in this case is so wrong that they are "blind" and arguing honestly. If honesty is ascribed to each side then one or both sides must be as "blind."

It is our duty to treat ourselves (our brothers and sisters) with respect and love for it is quite possible that we ourselves could be blind to many things that the most meek among us know in Truth. No one knows anything as we ought to know and we all wait for the day that our imperfections will be put off.

In this sense, the fastidious following of good hermeneutics among us in occasions of fellowship, is a great stimulus and glue and encouragement to our reasoning together, with even the most lowly and the youngest among us contributing and learning sound reasoning to gain in "having their senses by reason of use to be able to discern between good and evil."

It is only by discussing lovingly among ourselves can we ever arrive at a consensus of the Truth. The restraining of debates and apologetics equally shared among all within our fellowship is the sure sign of spiritual death in our fellowship. We would become a flock of spiritual zombie parrots.

Bible studies or rap sessions devoted to simply focusing on following hermeneutics to interpret scriptures would be such a blessing to all, rather than a "know it all" pastor boldly proclaiming the proper doctrinal interpretations and eagerly fielding more questions for more learned doctrines to be applied by deductive reasoning. By allowing differing statemtnts and reasonings, love to each person present and in a sound mind of inductive thinging,  growth would then reign in our fellowship and not a human sheep-beating lordship of a know it all. Our Lord leads His sheep. He doesn't drive them, as the enemy does.

What totally prevents and destroys this fellowship in open free discussions of doctrines is a pastor.  A pastor, today, is a person who authoritatively demands that each believes the same thing and so any questions or reasonings in fellowship are totally stopped by a pastors insistence upon his deductively arrived beliefs.  He acts as the enemy driving people, instead of leading them.  He cannot think inductively or behave accordingly.  He only knows making assertions and then making scriptures conform.  He cannot rationally, inductively, reason with his victims.  He went to Bible School or even worse a Cemetery.  He may have even received many degrees in such irrational and demonic behavior.

Paul instructed Timothy to give attention to doctrine.  But to train little babes and those who would "oppose themselves" (inductive thinking) one must start with single words, and their single child meanings, comparing all scriptures where the single word occurs, to remove all contradictions.  And to do this in our general fellowship would only result with all on the same page and of the same mind, a sound mind, the mind of Christ. Looking to each other in Love in all things.  Pastors are much more "sophisticated" in their "Christian word-views" than to do this.  Pastors with hierarchy ruling (Nicolaitanism) within our Lord's Assembly (Church) is what God "hates."

The full mind of Christ must be comprehended. Our fellowship is enriched, but not based upon this "sound mind" and sound reasoning only, but is always subsumed under the rest of the mind of Christ, the Love of Christ and Purety Holiness of Christ.  Even knowledge and right thinking must never be allowed to override the Love of Christ, the full mind of Christ (all four main Attributes), among us, regardless of differences honestly expressed. This Love Spirit is our bond of peace, in which all "babes" of Christ will thrive and grow.

For more on this see Denominations, division, and sects, discussed under Law of Exclusive Truth. Our Love (God-Love is unselfish, not being self-centered and assertive toward our brothers) toward one another must take precedent and govern everything.  This is why Epsitle of 1 John emphasized, "he that is loving not his brother is abiding in death" (1John 3:14), "He that is loving his brother is abiding in the light" (1 Jn 2:10); "And this commandment have we from Him, that he who is loving God love his brother also" (1 John 4:21).
    1.
False Premises (Doctrines), are False starting Conclusions at the outset.  Extremely, exceedingly, overwhelmingly, very Common!!!    The Fallacy of Local Context is what is always then accompanied by the redefinitiion of words and phrases to support the starting conclusion.  These two Fallacies are all the essentials of Deductive Thinking.  This is reasoning from a generalized starting assertion (false doctrine) to redefine the details (the many scriptures) to confirm the starting assertion.  Circular thinking or deductive thinking.

There are six (6) circumstances supporting False Doctrines, supported by the Fallacy of Local Context.  They are:

      (I) Personal character, Argumentum ad hominem - appealing to prejudices or feelings by referring to a person's character. This is the means by which vast multitudes of sincere people are misled. People listen to a man, learn of his marvelous character and devotion to God, and then fail to critically examine his doctrines and teachings in light of scriptures and even their own common sense. If they would apply these rules of common sense or hermeneutics, the average person would have no trouble in seeing obvious fallacies in their ministry and uses of scripture.

It is no problem of discernment to read in the paper about some sad actions by a pastor or evangelist or teacher and know that that person has succumbed to the leadings of lust of the flesh or unclean demons. But it is altogether more difficult to discern whether a pious and devout and even anointed man of God has succumbed to the thoughts of teaching demons. Remember that millions of Bible thumping Christians are being misled now and in the past by just this sort deductive fallacy. "Oh, he is such a good man or loving man, and everything he says is right out of the scriptures."

They gullibly accept anything the person teaches while quoting multitudes of scripture references. The character of a man or his quoting of many scriptures is irrelevant as to the correctness of doctrines he teaches. Find out exactly what doctrines he believes and examine his doctrines by the scriptures YOURSELF according to the details of good hermeneutics given in this article. Also, know that 99% of the time you can't learn what doctrines the man believes by reading the church's "Doctrine of Faith." These are usually just generalizations without much detail.

Very critically dispute with him and examine in light of your own personal scripture studies. Even Christ told the people to search the scriptures to see if He was who He claimed to be, very God Himself. John 5:18 and 39 And the Bereans were called more noble because they "searched the scriptures daily to see if those things be so." Acts 17:11

A good selfless teacher will welcome and be thrilled with such scripturally questioning people. The Holy Spirit is a gentle, meek, and longsuffering Spirit and welcomes testing, 1 John 4:1, and He is without anger and fear. 1 John 4:18.

If this provokes any "teacher" and he demands your submitting your mind and devotion to any teaching without being scripturally confirmed to your indwelling Spirit as a condition of fellowship, you have your answer. He is a false teacher and under the influence of his flesh. This is plain. The fear and anger of such a self-seeking teacher is from demons who also will be injecting evil imaginations into such a man. His ministry is one of self-aggrandizement. He is a Pharisee.

The worst and most deceptive doctrines are introduced by the most pious of men who will likely be in the most successful of ministries!!!! Their ministries beacon to the flesh in Christian babes and are promoted by demons to enlarge the deceptions. Just like satan makes his worldly followers rich beyond their wildest dreams..

One may assume that their ministries will be successful because they appeal to the flesh of gullible Christians, and they will be promoted by demons. The marvel of it all is that our Loving Father will nevertheless try to save as many as he can even among those listening to their ministry. So success in even a worldwide ministry and even supernatural manifestations and pious conduct is not the test of a man's teachings; neither are genuine conversions, nor healings, nor miracles, nor supposed deliverance from demons.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matt 7:22-23

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Gal 1:8
It is only by the sure word of the scriptures, interpreted by scrupulous rules of common sense rational thinking that we may discern. In other words, by good hermeneutics. Few of us have (1) the gift of discernings of spirits, 1 Cor 12:10, (2) nor are many of us so spiritually mature in the Word and in the use of strong meat, "who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern between good and evil." Heb 5:14 Therefore, as babes in Christ learn the details of good hermeneutics in this article, but most of all practice them so that they become a part of your hearing. "Take heed what ye hear.... with what measure ye mete,it shall be measured to you......and unto you that hear, shall more be given." Mark 4:24

Also, understand that within the breast of every new-born novice in Christ, there is an incompletely sanctified mind and a conscience with concepts of good that may have nothing to do with the Spirit of Truth within their spirit. Particularly young or ill informed Christians are misled by a doctrine of demons that will appeal to their flesh nature and an unsanctified conscience.

Babes in Christ cannot discern what is their flesh nature, and their incompletely sanctified consciences grasp an appealing doctrine with all the tenacity of a bull dog. Yielding to their utter misguidance and further blindness, they submit themselves to learn more of demon teachings--"right out of the Bible." And always, this leaven is salted with some true scriptural teachings for further deception.

Then they "compass sea and land to make one proselyte....." Matt 23:15

Dear ones, these are solemn words you are reading. Take heed in these last days! Remember, that fellowship will be based in these last days upon whether you "submit" yourself to their teachings. "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived " 2 Tim 3:13 Remember, the evil men it speaks of will not appear evil, otherwise they could not deceive. Also notice, they themselves will be deceived.

This is not intended for condemnation to any ministry nor to any individual within any ministry. It is a warning given to all individuals for their spiritual welfare and warfare. We must not be ignorant of satan's devices, lest he get an advantage of us 2 Cor 2:11 These hermeneutic details should be basic education for all new-born.

First, "Examine yourselves.....how that Jesus Christ is in you except ye be reprobates." 2 Cor 13:5 Second, we must be guided as young babes in applying good hermeneutics, how to hear and what to hear: for "faith comes out from ek (proper) hearing, and hearing through dia the Word of God." Third, only then, let us search the scriptures daily to see if those things we hear be so. Acts 17:11

      (2) Reputation, Argumentum ad vericundiam - appealing to a reputable or prominent book or ministry. Again, as mentioned, those people with the most "blessed" ministries and even with "supernatural" manifestations may be actually teaching doctrines promoted by demons to mislead gullible Christians who will not test the spirits or critically examine their doctrines in light of "common sense" hermeneutics of scriptures. We must remember that 40% of Americans are so poorly educated they have trouble reading anything, not to mention searching scritpures. Remember, satan's greatest works are as an angel of light and with supernatural signs. They may start mission societies and come from the most, or back the most, prestigious of seminaries.

A red flag must go up! What passes as evangelical orthodox today may be as filled with demons as the Gaderenes man. One must always critically examine a very successful ministry or "orthodox" teaching, especially, if it is widely accepted among the "orthodox" fundamentalists or any other large group of today.. Its huge success and affluence most likely means that it is actually the work of teaching demons injecting leaven and doctrines in these last days. Especially if it is found that this doctrine has only recently been accepted within "orthodoxy" or never heard of before the past 80 years. Not only should this be a red flag, but a wake up explosion in your head.

      (3) Emotion, Argumentum ad populum - to excite an assembly's emotions to prevent them from dispassionate judgment. This is manifest in principally two ways:

      1. This is self evident to any mentally competent person, but in the great number of experience oriented ministries, this has become a very serious problem. Interestingly, any person involved in these ministries would agree to these statements that emotions may mislead people, but they deny that they are misled.

This is the scary thing about deception, we don't know it is happening to us or we wouldn't allow it. No one chooses to be deceived. Deception comes to us, however, by giving ground (a right) to the devil to influence our soul's of emotions, thoughts, and will. By acting according to emotions, by giving affirmation to emotions (definitely of the flesh), the demons are thereby given ground to the person's mind.

Whenever anyone says to himself in some manner, "this teaching really gives me a good feeling for the first time." LOOK OUT !! Feelings 99.99% of the time come from our carnal (flesh) natures, and we should know that giving credence to these carnal emotions gives ground to every demon around. James 3:12-16

We must never be gullibly submissive to such doctrines because they make us "feel" a certain way. This is an extremely common appeal given by cults and those ministries of excesses. "See if it doesn't warm your heart, or bring a peace to your soul," or "see if this or that doesn't happen," they say. Or another common exhortation today in meetings may include: "loosen up, move, dance, clap, lift up your arms, and praise your God." Sometimes, I think I hear, "Baal, we cry to thee, Baal we cry to thee, hear and answer, Baal."

      2. This is also how even many so-called "orthodox" fundamental ministries in this NEW AGE Christianity gain many submissive followers. Hearing one of these so-called "orthodox" preachers, may bring a sudden peace and joy to people who labor under terrible guilt or fears because of their very poor understanding of scriptures as new-born babies or others resisting submission to the Holy Spirit. And because of these emotions, and a feeling of "good" or "peace" within their incompletely truth oriented consciences, they submit themselves to doctrines and teachings that may be far removed from the historic Christian faith.

These new babes or very sincere struggling Christians cannot possibly discern false teachings, but willingly uncritically and eagerly absorb everything like a sponge. Being taught doctrines first and foremost, they must necessarily learn prescribed explanations to make all scriptures conform to support the originally accepted doctrines. Then they continue practicing this circular irrational process the rest of their lives.

These are especially taken by snare, because their primary motive is still their feelings, and feelings are the seat of the devil in all of us.....really carnal, of the flesh. But these dear saints will excuse anything of feelings as a "spiritual experience." It is why they entered Bible school, why they submitted to learn the doctrines as a mantra, and why they will defend any feelings as "spiritual experience." Anger towards their brothers, strife in their hearts, defensive emotions and behaviors of all types, withdrawal of fellowship from their brothers, evil imaginations about the motives of their brothers will be excused,.........feelings defended. Taken captive by the devil at his will. 2 Tim 2:26
      (4) Placing burden of proof, Argumentum ad ignorantiam - placing the burden of proof on the opposing person, when disproof is as impossible as proof. This is done by the "bait and switch" technique.

If you have never met anyone who uses this on you, you are very fortunate. Their argument against whatever you may tell them is, "Well, I only believe the Bible and you have to explain this scripture or that scripture to me before I can ever believe what you are saying; cause I will only believe the Bible." When actually, the scriptures they site, such as parables or visions or allegories can only be interpreted in view of seriously considering all the other scriptures which you may have quite willingly given them. Parables, visions, allegories, and non-applicable scriptures are not material for establishing a doctrine and may reasonably be applied any number of ways. Their interpretation must depend upon the application of explanations, scriptures, and even doctrines outside them.

These people turn their invalid interpretation of a vision or parable due to their circular thinking, a non-existent "truth" of something that in itself is non-relevant to the issue, as a burden of proof on you. Quite devious! Like a cry for help from them! Saying, "I have this belief, but I want to believe the Bible."

Usually I have found, these people have come to their beliefs though emotional trauma and are quite unable to overcome their fears, as are many of the emotional cripples who accept false doctrines. Using "Placing the Burden of Proof" is like them unconsciously crying for help to you, saying, "I cannot handle this terrible fear that makes me believe this idea concerning these particular scriptures. I want to believe the Bible on this subject, but I can't."

Of course, they don't hear their pleadings for what they think are being quite Godly and scriptural. I think many of these people fill many pulpits in America.

      (5) Conclusion as a premise, Begging the Question - attempting to prove a proposition by taking the conclusion or one of the conclusions as one of the premises of an argument. This is done so freely and unknowingly by supposed Christian teachers and expositors that one could think that the new birth instills an irrational mind instead of a sound mind. 2 Tim 1:7. Indeed, it is so common that few Christians seem to note this common tall-tail of irrational thinking in the great amount of false teachings and occult practices. Of course, you will quickly recognize that this is the "tall tail" sign of irrational deductive reasoning. This is so important and common that we should examine what is probably among the most frequent causes.

      1. Bible Schools ! Obviously few Bible schools make their primary goal warning against and rejecting deductive reasoning (irrational thinking) details of hermeneutics in practice. They may teach the Overview of Hermeneutics given at the beginning of this article, but as we warned, unless they scrupulously train their students First and Foremost to reject the assumption fallacies of deductive reasoning, nothing is really accomplished to make good rational hermeneutics. Remember, the devil is always given ground (right to mess with your mind) in a lack of practiced knowledge about the details.

Each particular Bible school concentrates on teaching the Bible and the doctrines as the leaders have already interpreted them. The leaders want the students to believe exactly as they believe. They then simply indoctrinate the students to their beliefs and explanations and arguments. By this practice, the students by default, make the doctrines they are taught guide their interpretations (hermeneutics). This is deductive, circular thinking, by definition. Deceptive and simple. Instead of learning first what words mean, then scriptures, before an inferred understanding of any doctrine; they are taught in reverse order, like the guy who drives backwards while facing forwards, admiring all the flattened images of people he sees before him, congratulating himself on steering through all the debris before him.

The primary purpose of Bible school is first (1), proper means of learning and interpreting the scriptures, Hermeneutics, not doctrine; second (2), proper means of learning and interpreting the scriptures, Hermeneutics, not doctrine; third (3), proper means of learning and interpreting the scriptures, Hermeneutics, not doctrine; four (4), proper means of..........eventually, someday, they will know the doctrine, whether it be of man or of God. The leader of the school will become unnecessary, he will have accomplished his God given goal. He has taught them to think for themselves with the Holy Spirit and His Word. If the leader of the school remains their icon of interpretation, and their doctrinal respected interpreter something is wrong.

This is an unfortunate circumstance. Instead of being disciplined to let the rules of hermeneutics (rational inductive thinking) guide their personal discernment of what the doctrines are, they are taught the doctrines and then to interpret the scriptures accordingly. "Oh, and incidentally, we have a hermeneutics class next hour." Then they give lip service to an Overview of Hermeneutics talking about all the confusing rules mentioned earlier. They are thereby actually taught circular thinking, to make blindly accepted conclusions (actually their teachers prejudice) the basis of interpreting all verses of scripture.

Their teachers demand that the students conform and believe their doctrines or receive disapproval and the loose of legal rights with ordination. Consequently, the students are not guided by a critical examination of all they hear, 1 John 4:1, critically examining as the Bereans that Paul commended. Acts 17:11. The fear of getting disapproval and joy of receiving the carrot of approval from their idols causes them to constantly commit all the Deductive Fallacies and violate all the Laws of Rational Thinking, for the rest of their lives. They call this Bible school training. A more scriptural term, might be "blinding" or brainwashing school.

They leave, ordained, as wide-eyed brainwashed Manchurian candidates reflexly committing the same violations whenever the scriptural code words are read. It would be amusing to listen to their reflex repeated parroting if it were not so serious. And a little leaven........Gal 5:9 Then "compass sea and land to make one proselyte." Matt 23:15 When a person knows these rules of hermeneutics, their irrational thinking in their speaking is easily discerned. They are known by their fruits. In this case, it is irrational speaking and writing. But you must have ears (understanding) to hear.

Have you ever met one pastor or evangelist, who was ordained from a Bible school that ever changed his beliefs after graduation? They are very few. Why is this? With all the many contradicting and varied doctrines between all the denominations, sects, and divisions, one would think that if any critical analysis was being done after graduation on their part, one would certainly see more people changing their views after ordination. Why is this?

Most probably they are continually by reflex acting-out their conditioned responses. And in their scriptural expositions, they blindly and proudly proclaim to all who do not have ears to hear their flagrant violations of rational thinking or hermeneutics. When a listener knows these rules of hermeneutics, hearing these violations makes one very sad, but who has ears to hear?

To bolster their spirituality and legitimacy of their doctrinal teachings, they frequently refer to and quote their chosen definitions of Greek words they have looked up in Greek Lexicons to bolster their forgone conclusion as to the meaning of a word or scripture. This is a sure sign of deductive false reasoning and teaching.

And those who take offense and are angered by these statements betray that they are the very ones whose consciences are pricked by it. They are either the culprits or the victims or both. Alas, they will respond as might be predicted, according to James 3:14-16, with anger.. The Living Word discerns, "Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do." Heb 4:13

"Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall He speak..." John 16:13 "But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is Truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him." 1 John 2:27 "Let him who has ears to hear, hear...".. Ezek 12:2 and Matt 13:9

      2. Emotionally abused. Some people are so emotionally fragile, that an single frightening experience or a repetition of fear inducing circumstances cause such a conditioning fear within them that they may forever be unable to evaluate a relevant doctrine rationally, apart from consciously or unconsciously reacting to alleviate this underlying fear. There is much more of this than we realize even among seemingly normal forceful and rejoicing preachers.

If you get acquainted enough with these people, and listen, they may tell you of their past experience that traumatized them so much into an underlying "fear" that always stays with them. These people need serious emotional counseling by a Godly person.  But it would be an insult to them to suggest this to them, because you are just their adversary in a doctrinal debate to which they cannot rationally relate. The enemy's greatest tool, besides our selfish desires, is fear from their flesh natures. Fear of loss of loved ones to hell, fear of disapproval, fear of damnation, fear of being left behind, you name it. This is usually their emotional problem.

Remember, the root of deception is often traceable to our souls' emotions where satan, when we give him ground, has reign to deceive in our soul's thoughts, emotions and wills. James 3:15, "This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish (demonic)." The word translated "sensual" in this verse is psuchikos, "soulish," meaning relating to our minds, emotions, and wills. Our minds accepting or validating emotions to rationalize behavior or beliefs, simply gives grounds or a right to demons to inject thought, give emotions, or paralyze our wills.

When a brother has given such ground by accepting demon thoughts it is manifest not only in all his irrational circular thinking but also in obvious anger and strife in his heart toward his brothers. He is energized with a spiritual self-righteousness and lack of peace.. He refuses fellowship with any who don't agree with him and has evil imaginations about them. This becomes apparent despite all his mouthing about love and longsuffering and meekness, etc. These poor brothers have been truly "blinded" by doctrine and energized by demons.

      3. Cults. Many people have been unfortunate enough to have been raised within a cult family. These people grew up fully indoctrinated into irrational thinking which is always totally circular thinking like most "orthodox" children. After they have lost the innocence of their childhood, they have known no other way to relate to the world, except the way their authority figures relate. Totally circular thinking, with all the Fallacies of Deductive reasoning and violations of all the Laws of Reason is not the way to confront this crazy seductive world... They grew in themselves that they are only comfortable as approved parrots of others. The vast amount of abusive trauma suffered by them as little infants and children make them emotional cripples for life. These pitiful people have gone through life, more or less overwhelmed with the awesome spectacle about them. They start out honest and depending on their surroundings become as chameleons, changing color, to whatever they are near. These people (at least 40-50% of every population) easily assimilate and use the deductive reasoning of the world about them and whomever they deem their superior.up learning parroting in all its forms with great sincerity, they didn't have to go to Bible school, to be totally unable to do rational inductive thinking.

      4. Poor self confidence. Unfortunately, a great number of people have such little confidence
The devil's "world system" promotes deductive reasoning exclusively. Just tell them what the conclusion is on the evening news or what their hero thinks and all details will be organized and redefined in their minds accordingly.

      (6) Association as cause, (In red for attention, a modern phenomenon today)  Post hoc ergo procter hoc = "after this, therefore, because of this."  A false cause is ascribed, simply because something follows something else.

Strangely, this seemingly infantile falsehood, is discerned in moral concepts only by only a few (Heb 5:14), the rest simply shake their hears in incredulity.  Pay close attention to understand this one.

First  Just because you only see ducks flying over, don't assume that anything that falls to the ground at that time came from the ducks you saw.  Child simple.  But it takes all the powers of Heaven to make an adult see what a little child easily perceives.  The pretty ducks may not be the cause, the child thinks.

"Things may not be what they seem." We are told that a primitive jungle tribe imitates the croaking and hopping of frogs when they want rains to come, because they always hear frogs croaking before a rain. Therefore, this frog behavior causes rain, they think.  Let us not be so primitive as to associate cause and effect on the basis of any obvious association.

This small last classification is most puzzlingly mysterious, and perhaps the most profoundly inconceivable and inexplicable error in devoted Christian ministries.  Someone accuses frog croaking as causing rain, when the lowered atmospheric pressure preceding the rain causes the frog croaking.   Great inconceivable and profound error and generalizations are caused by false assumptions of cause and effect.

Second     Similarly, suppose someone, like Gail Riplinger,  by great schoralship and intense devoted research finds that all modern Greek and Hebrew Lexicons are corrupt and all resulting derived meanings of many scriptural words are therefore corrupted (most probably true).  All he or she sees is corrupted Greek and Hebrew Lexicons (the croaking of Greek and Hebrew frogs), so he or she assumes all derived false scriptures and understandings (resulting rain) is caused by the corrupted Greek and Hebrew Lexicons (the "croaking" of Greek and Hebrew frogs).  A natural assumption because so-called scholars go to Lexicons for understanding scriptures.   Wanting to prevent all false understandings then must be prevented by speaking against all corrupted Greek and Hebrew Lexicons (the Greek and Hebrew "croaking" frogs) and by association also, anything associated with frogs themselves (the Koine Greek or Hebrew languages themselves) since they are so misleading.   It is all Greek and Hebrew, isn't it?.

This devoted scholar then teaches, with the greatest of conviction, that all Greek and Hebrew Lexicons are corrupt today (true, the "croaking" of frogs), and that even all Greek or Hebrew Grammars (all frogs themselves) are corrupt, and, therefore, only an early English translation, KJV, of the Bible is, therefore, from which God wants us to take all Truth today.   "Everything" else is corrupt, all Greek, all Hebrew, even the frogs.

The real Truth is that seemingly all Lexicographers are corrupt in their thinking (false deductive thinking with concepts, the only thinking of demons concerning concepts), and produce all false Lexicons thereby, and bring any Greek or Hebrew studies into question thereby.  The corrupt false thinking, the demonic deductive thinking in concepts (the association of low atmospheric pressure of rain, the false Lexicographers themselves) is the cause of the false Lexicons (the "croaking" of the frogs), not the original ancient Greek language of the scriptures or even Greek Grammar.  The poor frogs (Greek or Hebrew languages) are perfectly innocent.

Low atmospheric pressure>>>>> Frogs, start croaking  >>--it rains
Deductive thinking Lexicographers>>>>>> Greek and Hebrew, corrupted definitions >>--All lexicons and translations corrupted

Are the frogs or the Greek and Hebew at fault?  NO, certainly not. The low atomospheic pressure and the deductive thinking Lexicographers are at fault.

The corrupt English translations from invented Greek and Hebrew scriptures (Wescott & Hort, Alexandrian texts & Kittel's Hebrew) and corrupt Lexicons, all result from the deductive demonic thinking men who produced them.  Simple.  All the corrupt Lexicons and translations are the rain that occurs.  The frogs nor the Greek and Hebrew languages, by accidental associations themselves with the results, did not cause the rain nor the corruption.

And the remaining question that could be raised is how could the Lexicons and Dictionaries corrupt the gammars of GreeK and Hebrew?  Not the meanings, but the grammar rules.  Unlikely.

Again, as said so often, one of the tall-tail signs in the tall grass of false conclusions or teachings (doctrines) of satan's deception is great spectacular excesses, resulting from the deductive thinking of these types of scholars.  In this case, seduced by false associations.  The most profound deceptions and extreme conclusions come from simple deductive thinking, demons' only method.  Child simple.

As Paul Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's Reich Minister of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda, is ascribed, "Only a big lie if audacious enough and repeated enough succeeds the most."  Similarly, many thousands today believe this BIG story, that only the English translation of the KJV is God's inerrant Word for us today.

"Only the English translation of the KJV is God's inerrant Word for us today."  Nothing else, must be accepted, according to these scholars who think frogs croaking causes rain.  They confuse the rain as being caused by the frogs.  [[Gail Riplinger and many many others, particularly many of so-called New Age Fundamental (Dispensational) Baptists today ]]  Their infantile, "After this, therefore, because of this," covert hidden thinking profoundly deceives them.

                                                                  IN SUMMARY

Deductive thinking occurs with many forms of opportunity,
as described, like Three Assumption Fallacies of
      (1) Accidental Circumstances;
      (2) Independent of Content (total context), only local context defines word definitions (Fallacy of Local Context); and
      (3) False doctrines (asserted premises), arguing from redefined definitions, using only local context, to support the beginning false assertions (they falsely call doctrines).  This is complete deductive thinking in total.
Summary of Causes of Three Deductive Assumption Fallacies (Rules not understood, Total Context, and False Premises, CPR).  These false doctines from such false deductive assertions are accepted by people because they have regard to:
      (1) character,
      (2) reputation,
      (3) emotions,
      (4) falsely placing Burden of proof [parables, Acts(narratives), redefinitiions, etc]
      (5) demanding false Asserted premises conclusions (doctrines) to be accepted (Bible Schools and Seminaries, abused emotions, cults, poor self confidence), and now
      (6) conclusions from accidental Associations, post hoc procter hoc   BAA
BUT THEN, FAR BEYOND THIS last DECEPTION caused by accepting after this last described, post hoc procter hoc, "after this, therefore, because of this," we have an even further extreme totally inscrutible deception of "The English translation of the KJV is an "advanced perfect inspiration" beyond the original Greek and Hebrew scriptures."    This extreme deception, can only come from the whispering of demons directly.  No usual demon deductive thinking error could possibly produce this insanity. (Peter Ruchman and his followers)

But now Gail Riplinger has exceeded all these, her demonic predecessors.  As all of them she is completely blinded to 1 Cor 14:2, which is bad enough, but also teaches that not only is the KJV English translation perfectly inspired but also ALL vernacular language Bibles throughout the world.  She gets the latest prize.  Who will top this one??

Keep tuned.    Amazing things will be coming soon.
